Each network has a host - usually the community's leader in the real world. The host vets applicants, moderates conversations, and facilitates connections. Create conversations within a network and reach out to all its members. Search and reach out to your people within a city, or workplace. See conversations from all your networks in one place. Updated conversations simply rise up to the top so you can check them out. Mention @somebody to include them in a conversation. Follow a conversation to get email and push notification updates.
